Health and Wellbeing

Mum in park with her sonLet’s get to know each other
It might start with a phone call, a cuppa or a chat – whatever is best for you!

You will have your own personal consultant who will be there for you. Their role is to learn about you, to make sure you get the right help for you. They will work with you to identify your strengths, skills and abilities and identify any barriers.

Once we understand your needs, circumstances and aspirations you will work with your consultant, and other members of the team to create your own action plan, giving you the right support to help you achieve your goals.

one to one meetingTriage
Our ‘three way’ approach lets us work together to achieve your goals – whatever they may be!

If you tell us about a health issue whilst we get to know each other then a meeting will be arranged with you, your personal consultant and one of our health and wellbeing advisers.

This joint approach allows us to fully explore what you believe to be your health barriers to employment and agree a health plan that works for you. By fully understanding your health issue your personal consultant will tailor the service to what you need, making sure any employment goals and aspirations are suitable for you.
