Your health and wellbeing journey with Links to Work
Triage – 'three way approach'
If you tell us about a health issue whilst we’re getting to know each other a meeting with you, your personal consultant and one of our in-house qualified health professionals will be arranged .
This is an opportunity to explore, in an informal setting, what your health barriers to employment are and agree a health plan that works for you.
By fully understanding your health issue your personal consultant and health adviser will tailor the service to your requirements, making sure any employment goals and aspirations are suitable for you.
One to one health support
You could start benefitting from our one to one health support which will only ever come from a fully qualified health professional so you know you’re in good hands.
One to one support includes developing effective coping strategies or help with the practical side of things, such as identifying job goals that are compatible with your health issues, discovering local Disability Confident employers and supporting with reasonable adjustments once you are in work.
