Setting up a business is no small task. Our one-to-one support will help you establish whether becoming an entrepreneur is actually for you. We’ll advise on all that’s involved with self-employment, the good and the bad.
You’ll hear stories from entrepreneurs we’ve helped in the past and attend enterprise workshops, helping you to ensure you’ve got the skills and dedication required to become self-employed.
If you’ve got a business idea already we’ll help you to develop it.
No idea yet but committed to starting a business? We can help you come up with business ideas suitable for you.
As well as one-to-one coaching we offer a number of workshops based around business start-ups including advice on:
- finance requirements
- legal and tax
- social media.

So you’ve got your idea all sorted and you feel comfortable with all that’s involved with starting your own business venture?
Next up you’ll need to formulate a proper business plan with all the serious stuff like market research, pricing, cashflow forecasts and risks. Don’t worry, we have lots of experience in this area as well as number of close links to organisations that can provide further professional advice.
Whilst the early days of your business venture will be exciting they’re sure to throw up a few stumbling blocks.
We’ll be on hand to provide continued aftercare through telephone support, further one-to-one coaching and more specific advice on areas such as bookkeeping and tendering for work.
